When you choose IMA’s top-quality nutrition coaching in London, our nutrition coaches will use nutritional science to guide you towards maintaining a healthy diet and guide you towards making dietary choices that will fit your lifestyle.
When we use the term “diet”, we’re not talking about limiting the foods you eat to achieve fast, temporary results. We’re referring to the foods you consume each day that fuel and nurture your body in the long-term.
If you’re looking to make positive changes in your behaviour towards food and nutrition, you can purchase 3- or 6-month nutrition coaching packages with one of our nutrition coaches in London. Our nutrition coaches will help improve your attitude towards food and will encourage you to develop healthy eating habits.
Once you sign up to one of our packages, you’ll start with an initial 30-minute consultation with a London-based nutrition coach to discuss allergies, dietary requirements, and your overall lifestyle. You’ll also be asked to complete some questionnaires and a food diary.
We can create a nutrition plan that doesn’t involve fad diets, dieting pills, meal replacement shakes, or depriving yourself of your favourite foods, and that will instead focus on what you can eat, so you will enjoy your food and reach achievable and sustainable results.
Through our one-to-one nutrition coaching, we will provide you with evidence-based nutrition advice and the necessary tools to create a variety of delicious meals. We can provide you with recipes and help with meal planning, and we will work with you to create unique shopping lists and suggest what ingredients to buy that will suit your individual needs. We can also direct you towards additional sources, such as cookbooks.
During your sessions with an IMA nutrition professional, you will have the opportunity to discuss your relationship with food, identify obstacles such as portion control and snacking, and get help with bringing nutrition into your routine through a tailored and flexible nutrition programme. We want to empower you and give you the confidence to know what your body needs.
We offer our nutrition coaching via video call sessions on FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp. You’ll also be able to message your coach so you can check in daily, and so your nutrition coach to monitor your progress, motivate you, and hold you accountable.
