The Modern Day Issues

For many, the demands of our modern world have meant that movement and its priority in our daily lives has become an often neglected option. Our ancestors relied on their physical attributes in order to hunt and gather, walking miles a day to find food or at times fighting off or sprinting from danger. Many these days are confined to their desk in order to provide for themselves and their loved ones or have strayed so far from their natural environment that they require reconditioning in order to reconcile with their true physical potential. We were born to move. Whilst our world and our species have advanced well beyond our ancestral lifestyles, our need to re-engage with our physical nature is greater than ever. Inside, our bodies are yearning for us to rebalance and recalibrate our internal cycles.

The times we live in are a continual wake-up call for us to take action towards our mind and body’s wellbeing.

No one has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for anyone to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which their body is capable.”
