IMA strives to make our participants feel happy and comfortable with themselves and their coaching program while gaining great results along the journey. We want to get to know our participants and give them the best experience possible, to improve the quality of physical life by not just giving you a vigorous workout but by taking your needs as a whole into account.
IMA offers several different memberships; have a look and see if any of them are right for you. Each membership includes different workouts and exercises, and you can choose to do them at your own pace. We have a Simple Membership, Warrior Membership and Participant Membership, all of which have different features and courses. If you’re not ready for a membership yet, or want to just try the courses offered by IMA then there are one-off courses and tutorials available to purchase individually. These are not just generic workout tutorials, we teach and explain the key elements and draw inspiration from many different training methods and principles.
Integrated Movement Arts features online courses that are rich in multimedia, consisting of video, audio, written resources, personalized feedback and analysis, giving you different options of how to receive the information. Once you have an understanding of the courses, we will then assess your level of attributes then tailor and teach you how to condense and use the curriculum to achieve your goals, or just work your way up the IMA syllabus level by level.

Online Coaching Platform
The Integrated Movement Arts online coaching platform is a state-of-the-art, digital portal designed to deliver coaching using your personal profile page. We provide video motion analysis of form and exercise techniques from videos that you submit to us, and audio-visual feedback and coaching cues. Our tailored programs feature frequent interaction with an experienced IMA coach who will critique your technique, so you won’t be left to wonder whether you are doing things correctly and safely. Test the physical readiness of your joints for training, your strength and fitness levels, then deliver a personal tailored program to progressively achieve your goals at your own pace.
Considering modern human behaviour has been around for 50,000 years, looking deeper into biological aspects such as human DNA, genetic constitutions of the modern man and women have changed very little physically in comparison to the major advances of how we live and survive. Our body’s energy expenditure, motor-skills and energy intake still functions as if it was designed for hunting, foraging, and escaping predators being what the body expects. A modern lifestyle of convenience, along with great technological advances have pushed physical activity into something purely extracurricular or even worse extraordinary, furthering us from what our genome was selected for.
Separating physical activity from daily tasks and working purely on fitness variables is not sufficient to make up for the lack of integral aspects of our natural existence. Thus a more comprehensive approach is needed, as physical activity is crucial to human development and healthy lifestyle. IMA aims to achieve this by utilising advances in technology to inspire, educate and promote a physical culture that brings about general well-being.
Our mission is to create a progressive system that will bring you back to your naturally optimum state of health, and later enhance your physical skills, along with high-level conditioning and body-awareness. We look into the key aspects of energy expenditure, energy intake and motor-skills whilst taking into consideration the regressive implications of sedentary living, and modern stress factors, which have most limited the full expression of physicality.

The IMA syllabus has been compiled by our highly experienced multi-disciplinary team. We do not claim to have reinvented the wheel with all aspects of our curriculum, we draw inspiration from many researched training methods, principles and the primal lifestyle of hunter-gatherers or warriors and the optimum state their bodies would have needed to be in order to have made survival possible thousands of years ago.
We have systematized and condensed what works in a progressive manner that delivers results and also fits with our approach and values; we encourage our members to do the same. Once you’ve experienced elements of our syllabus, take what is useful and works for you, and then further develop your own approach based on your own experience, biology, passion and values. Backed up by science and real life experience, we are open, whilst critical of new findings through research, feedback and results, which is why our syllabus is constantly evolving.
