I have been training for almost 8 years and could say I have become a part-time athlete in the last 2 years due to the attention, training methods, and one-to-one coaching from Kaz Azim.
I was a typical gym-goer and heavy-lifter. Being 102kg of non-functional mass was not serving my body well anymore, so I decided to seek out professional advice. Kaz started training me and changed my whole perception of health and fitness. I lost 20kg, now I’m pure lean muscle mass and I’m lifting more loads than before (cleans, dead-lift, presses, and snatch) mainly due to improving my technique and movement potential.
