I haven’t trained or been to the gym in about five years, now got a body like a butternut squash, and I’ve got a fairly physically challenging job (merchandiser at Coca-Cola currently), and I’m looking to get back into shape and have more energy so I don’t just go straight to bed as soon as I get home after a shift.
What advice do you have for someone who is pushed for time and needs to ease back into a gym/training regime?

Glad to hear your looking to regain your fitness. For someone like yourself, I would suggest easing back in slowly with some light exercise involving: daily stretches prep work to get your body little more conditioned as well as simple body weight exercises for strength
push ups, pull ups, squats, twisting lunges etc… (just some generic examples)
Try to walk more often throughout your day and maybe get into some sort of high intensity skill class e.g martial arts/dance or play a sport you enjoy (football?) with friends several times a week for the fitness component.
This is just a rough guide, if you want something more in-depth then let me know.
